Turf was not delivered to me as the delivery company evidently had an issue getting to me.However the delivery driver never even bothered to knock on my door to tell me the issue, I just had a call stating that delivery was not possible.When I spoke to the turf company they just said the driver will not park up their lorry and come and make contact??However they were quick to offer me delivery the next day but they wanted another £30 for this to happen.The person I spoke to was not interested in the customer experience.
