Would give zero stars if I couldWe ordered 80 rolls of turf at £4.80 a roll plus £10 extra deliveryOn arrival, 10% of the roles were appalling standardWe provided pictures and requested a refund for the poor quality turf which we couldn’t useThey agreed to a refund and when we received it, it was for a different valueOn challenging them to say why have you refunded me £26 not £40 they said they’d refunded us at a roll cost of £2.70. I advised them that that’s not what we paid and they basically said you only gave us five photos and we only did this as a courtesyWhen I said to them, you agreed to refund eight roles and I can show you what I paid for each role. They started arguing that they didn’t have to refund anything because I had plenty of other turf.The reality is I paid for 80 good quality roles. I actually only received about 50 or 60 decent roles the rest we made do with and I only requested a refund for the rest.Simply put, I don’t care what their base price is if I don’t receive a good enough quality product and I sent them ultimately all images of every broken turf, all that we had to get rid of, and they refused to refund and refunded a completely different price it goes against trading standardsTheir responses, they didn’t have to give me anything and it’s just really poor experienceI don’t have the energy to keep arguing with them, but it’s something other customers should know. It’s really mixed quality and if you do get poor quality stuff you simply just will not get your money back. You won’t get rid of them.If it was something else where I’d ordered eight sets of crockery and only five were decent and they simply responded with where you’ve got five decent sets You just wouldn’t accept it so that is how this company operates
