We bought 60sqm of ryegrass to be delivered. It was delivered at 14.30 in the afternoon. We laid it tye very next morning at 7am. As soon as we received it we removed the shrink rap to allow it breath. Never received turf shrink wrapped before all the way round ots always been netting. As soon as we picked up the first roll it was steaming hot. Pallet had been put in the shade and left overnight. Which it states on there website it must be laid within 24 hours of arrival. Which it was!!!! We laid it and tried our best to revive it to no avail. We had to replace 27 rolls of turf!!! Further more we had rung the office directly and we were hit with a barage of blame barage of rudeness from the women on the phone who absolutely had the worst customer service going. Claiming we should have followed the advice given on the website. We did it to the letter. Requested proof of cutting date to prove that we hadn't been given old cut turf. There was absolutely no help or advice given just your problem you deal with it!!! Absolutely appalling service.
