Shopping was smooth with no issues. I was also satisfied with the delivery time. It lost one star (ie. I gave 4*) as the item I ordered was small and I needed an exchange but there was no option for that. Also, there is a charge to return items which contributed to my 4* rating instead of 5*. I have ordered a larger size and awaiting delivery. It would have been much easier to request an exchange/ replacement
