Awful, awful service. Ordered an item on the 8th December to the office I work in, received a notification on the 30th it had arrived (Over three weeks later)Not sure how it could have been delivered as the office was completely closed for the Christmas break from Christmas Eve and only opening on the 5th January.Most likely they have lost the parcel.Emailed lots of times from the 8th asking for an update and refund- Still not heard from them. It seems clear to me they are trying to steal my money.Appalling service, avoid at all costs.
