I received the garden furniture several months after ordering, which i understood, as covid and delivery issues were expected. The first issue was the delivery courier, who did not make contact before delivery and refused to bring the items onto my property, leaving the pallet on the street! I signed for the delivery, noting that I could not inspect it as it was still wrapped. However, the table and chairs were not well made and had flaws. I contacted your support team who told me they had no more in stock and I could either have a 10% discount and keep the item, or they would arrange to collect it. I chose for it to be collected. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response, I chased up collection. Again, without any contact, a courier turned up. This time he had no paperwork to prove who he was from, and then stated he could not take the furniture as it was not on a pallet!I have contacted your Support team again, but now am getting no response. This is not good customer service.UPDATE: Not surprisingly I got contacted soon after posting this review. Dom was very apologetic and told me that the MD would have spoken to me himself, but was busy... Dom said he would sort it out and keep me informed. I had a couple more calls that day, but then radio silence descended again. I still have the garden furniture waiting to be collected. I feel it will take as long to collect as it took to arrive...
