We placed an order in April 2025 for two glass-fronted bookcases, initially promised to arrive within 8 to 12 weeks. However, we faced continuous delays and were eventually assured that our order was on track to arrive in the UK by the end of December 2025. When we followed up at the end of December, we were informed of yet another three-month delay. We have since cancelled the entire order, and while we received a refund, we cannot recommend this service to anyone. We are very frustrated and dissatisfied with our experience. It seems there are significant issues with their suppliers, so be cautious.
