If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a printer however it wasn’t compatible with our software. Attempted to return the printer however return was rejected due to some pen on the packaging and ‘cockroach poo’ on the box…pretty sure this could have happened anywhere in transit? When the rejection was questioned we were then accused of returning a printer that we hadn’t purchased from them? Awful customer service, rude and had to constantly follow up every email to result in them just sending it back and refusing to respond. No idea what they’ve sent back or where they’ve sent it, but clearly needed the $300 desperately. Mohini and Vani were aweful to deal with.
