AVOID THIS SERVICE IN THE UK. It takes a week to get a response via email. ZERO attempts to fix any issues. I was never informed that my account was active. I can't access the fuel portal, and all they keep saying is, 'just use your password and email; it works for me,' even though I've provided proof it doesn't. I topped up my credit with £10 for the fuel card, and they haven't sent it. This company feels like a scam. Customer support is utterly useless.
