Copy/pasting a customer review we have received as a result of working with Collective Benefits/Onsi. I do not recommend anyone using them as insurance provider, unless you would like to destroy your NPS. We have been in touch with different account managers repeatedly pre and post their rebrand and nothing has helped in improving the experience."Disappointing, do not use!I booked an event on the 5th of August. It went great, however after everyone has left i noticed the damage done to my new hob, a corner has chipped off. I contacted yhangry and was put in touch with the insurance company. This is the worst experience of my life - it takes a week for their email system to load, which means they only respond once a week if you're lucky. It is the end of Nov and unfortunately i am still waiting to be re-reimbursed. First yhangry provided wrong bank details to the insurance company, so the payment bounced. Quite clearly Must be very difficult to copy-paste something sent via an email ... in the meantime yhangry was completely ignoring my emails asking for help with the insurance. It now turns out the policyholder, i.e. chef, has to pay the premium directly to me. Bank details have been shared with him, yet I have received no payment. Insurance wiped their hands and said it has nothing to do with them and i have to contact him directly. Yhangry ignores me. so all in all I have a broken hob and no reimbursement and i have to chase someone whose details i dont have."
