This left me with no choice but to seek car repairs elsewhere and make the payment out of pocket. Currently, the voucher holds no value for me, as there are no eligible purchases I can make at Halfords. I initiated a refund request 20 days ago, but the support team seems to be evading the issue and has not acknowledged my original request, insisting that the voucher now works fine. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unhelpful experience.
