Very disappointing experience.I received what was presented as a “free sample” boxer short through a promotion. What was not clearly communicated is that this apparently activates a paid subscription.Shortly after, a charge was taken from my account. When contacting support, they insisted that another payment must still be made before the membership can end. That is extremely frustrating considering I never intentionally signed up for a paid subscription.After looking online, I noticed that many other customers describe the exact same experience with this “free sample → subscription” model.In my opinion this business model is highly misleading and not transparent. I would strongly recommend reading reviews carefully before accepting any “free” offers from this company.
