On the day of arrival, we found out that the pool was closed. It was very cold and the indoor pool had to be paid for to be used renting a car, the hotel charge €15 a night for a car to be parked. All the kids activities had to be paid for even though it said everything was all inclusive. I’m just not very happy because we didn’t get to swim because the pool had to be paid for. For the money that I paid for four nights which was over £900 I would expect the pool to be open and free at all times for children and adult adults to be used but instead the pool was closed and we had to pay which we didn’t pay we refused to pay.
