This is the second holiday we have booked thats been cancelled due to flight changes the first time last October and now the hotel we are due to visit in May is not finished. This is of course out of Onthebeach's control. However, having no customer service number to resolve the issue is. We cannot contact Onthebeach at all. No customer service number, no email. Only a chat bot that tells you to cancel and incur the cancellation fee. Come on this isn't acceptable sort this out. We will be contacting trading standards as this can't be ok.
Onthebeach.co.uk have replied to this review stating they have emailed and we need to reply, we have replied to their 1 email, haven't heard anything further, and still can't get in touch with them.
