I wrote to them and told them that it is a residential house and not a business, and I provided my address and phone number.Two days later, the tracking number showed that the package had been delivered behind the door, and the proof photo was literally in a vacant lot where there were no houses. Ontrac does not answer calls, and the complaint emails I sent never solved anything.I lost a lot of money. This company is like something out of a horror movie.
