I was even given a “current” delivery date that had already passed.Customer service was completely useless — the live chat only repeated, “Contact the shipper,” even though you are the shipper. No real help, no accountability, no resolution.This company’s handling of packages and customer inquiries is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend using them.
