Especially from those business that mark their boxes, giving thieves within Ontrac’s company the opportunity to target certain packages, knowing that high dollar and sought after merchandise is in them. Their customer service is non-existent, no actual phone number to speak to someone, their chatbots are no use, and their social media accounts offer disingenuous copy/paste answers. Zero resolution to your issue.
