The package is simply scanned as delivered without a cellphone photo. No live customer service representative can be reached to resolve issues. Only voice message can be left that is never replied to or dealing with an annoying A.I. controlled chatbot. Chinese vendors like TEMU and ALIEXPRESS have ditched "Ontrac" due to the incompetence of their drivers of which many who do not speak English. I have personally stopped doing business with any company that utilizes this delivery service.
