OnTrac is, without a doubt, the most incompetent and irresponsible shipping company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.My experience is sadly the same as countless others: a package of mine was delivered to the completely wrong address. The proof of delivery photo was of a stranger's doorstep, not mine. When I contacted their customer service, I was met with robotic, scripted responses offering no help whatsoever. Their only "solution" was to tell me to wait 2 more days or to contact the original shipper. They take no ownership of their mistakes.This wasn't just any package; it was a birthday gift for my child. Because of their driver's negligence and the company's complete lack of accountability, my son's birthday was ruined. There is no mechanism for recovery, no attempt to rectify the error, and absolutely no customer care.A warning to both shoppers and businesses: If you see that your order is being shipped via OnTrac, BEWARE. You are gambling with your purchase. They have proven themselves to be utterly unreliable. Their business model seems to be based on hoping that someone else will handle their customer service for them.Do not use this company. They do not deliver on their promises in any sense of the word.
