This company should be a bad memory. I have no idea why businesses are using this thug carrier. My orders are never delivered, damaged or the couple of orders that make it to me always have things missing. Please hold OnTrac accountable!!! Please stop using them and let them go out of business so we don’t have to deal with their dishonest, thieving practices. My last order from BoxLunch, I can see where they cut my package open and helped themselves to my items and taped it back with scotch tape. Then when I report to the seller that some of my items are missing, they don’t care because as far as they are concerned, they shipped my items to me.
