Absolute garbage company, something sketchy going on with the packages. Clearly the delivery people at Ontrac are just stealing everyone’s packages and claiming it’s because “severe whether impacted the area and there’s a delay.” It’s been 10 days now, still no update from customer service, with a daily update about the nonexistent “severe whether” from one city over where my package is stuck apparently… lol! This company is a joke, and retailers are just losing a ton of money for using them!
