I ordered a pair of glasses from Warby Parker and OnTrac lost them. OnTrac's response was merely "thank you for your inquiry regarding 1LSCXM150096828. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance." Received this after contacting Warby Parker and OnTrac numerous times where they told me to "wait" for my order even though the delivery date kept shifting to the right. I now see why OnTrac has a one-star rating. Not sure why Warby Parker uses them.
