This company is very useless. I ordered from a company called FragranceNet and they usually use UPS and for some reason they decide to use this company. What a waste of time. I ordered something as a birthday gift for my mom and it actually was arriving 2 days before my mother's birthday. it was out for delivery on 4/4/25 never heard of them so I cancelled a doctor's appointment to make sure i was here to receive it, as well as watching the window. Only to get a text that they were unable to deliver. I live in a huge building complex and we don't have names on our bells only the number part of our address and the apartment number. When I chatted with cassidy yesterday i explained that to them and they said they would note for them to ring the bell i told them too. So i had a little hope thinking it would actually be here today on her birthday sitting in the window again since it was out for delivery at 8am. Signed up for text alerts as well as sitting in the window. Only to get that same text as yesterday they were unable to deliver AGAIN. WTF is so hard about reading and paying attention to delivery instructions. I have emailed the company that I ordered from and told them they need to use someone else. because this is now the 3rd time i haven't received my mom's birthday gift. Thanks for ruining it . Their workers are incompetent. Today I spoke with a syed he's asking for a bell code for the driver in which i told him like i told cassidy yesterday it's the number part of my address which 6901 and the unit which is 2. Which is also on the bells. So what's so hard about ringing 6901-2??? A 2 year old could do that
