I'm sure the reviews speak for themselves but lets add some context. Many people having issues most likely did not chose ontrac as a delivery method. It appears many large companies have decided to save a few dollars on lieu of good service. Ontrac's website, chat and updates are pretty much non existent. Chat agent says they cannot tell me where my package is and that I should contact the seller if it is not delivered on the next two days. So, not only have they lost my order, but they are washing thir hands of it all together. What an absolute joke.
