You cannot talk to a human. You cannot chat with a human. When you call customer service their automated phone tells you that you can chat with a live person but you cannot. They do not call or text when they have an issue getting into a building. When you update delivery instructions it can take 24 to 48 hours. So they send out another driver the next day without a door code to a building they tried the day before. Why would they do that? Are they hoping they can magically transport through the door the next day? No one is going to sit outside a building from 7 am to 7 pm to wait for a package to arrive. Worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. All that automation and I'm still wondering what happens next. I guess my package will go back to the store and I'll cancel the order.
