On April 8, 2025, at exactly 12:31 PM, I was home as usual when I received a notification stating that my package had been delivered. However, to my dismay, the package was nowhere to be found. It appears that the driver may have stolen my package. After sharing my experience online, I discovered that many other customers have faced similar issues with this delivery company. The pattern of lost or stolen packages seems to be a recurring problem, which raises serious concerns about their reliability and accountability. Given the severity of this issue, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will also be reporting this incident to the police. It is unacceptable for customers to endure such experiences without any recourse or support from the company responsible for delivering their packages.In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using OnTrac.
