I ordered an item that was shipped via ontrac. We have security doors on our condo building. I taped a paper to the doors that said to call my.number or use callbox with my unit number. The delivery driver did not even try either to deliever to me instead I got a text that said attempted delievery but unable to complete. I had used their chat to talk to someone who said they would communicate to driver/delievery service about how to deliever my pkg but evidently wasn't passed along as same thing happened 3 straight days then today I got a notice that my item was being sent back to sender. I was also supposed to have been contacted by an ontrac agent today and haven't. Ontrac is the worst service, lazy drivers who can't see delievery directions to contact customer. Lack of communication within customer service agents.
