As with other reviews, I wish I could leave 0 of 5, 1 of 5 is too high.Never received package. Why would Estee Lauder use such a company? Estee did not help at all, told me to contact shipper. Like they haven't heard of these issues. 97% of reviews are 1 of 5. Told Estee that OnTrac has no support. Estee will not make good on the order and has been absolutely no help.I had never heard of OnTrac until I received tracking information. When I checked their reviews I knew I was in trouble.I won't order from Estee again and will be leaving them a similar review. I've been dealing with this issue for 5 weeks and it's still not resolved.
