This is the worst delivery service imaginable. I have never received a single package sent through this company, and there are no customer service options available. We ordered a $200 oven through an online platform, and despite claims of delivery, it never arrived. We were at home when it supposedly was delivered, and our outdoor cameras show no sign of it.
