We bought the full range of towels and found them to be soft, absorbent and a pleasure to use. However, there were pulls on a couple of them when they arrived, which I mentioned in a note to the company. The CEO reached out, apologized, and replaced them. Nice to deal with a company that stands behind its product and cares about quality control. Highly recommend.
