I fell victim to what appears to be a misleading tactic of claiming they are going out of business when they are not. I purchased several sets of towels. Today, I received multiple emails stating the towels were delivered, yet I received nothing. This feels like a scam! There was no delivery photo like many companies provide, and no package arrived. I may need to reach out to my bank to report this transaction as fraudulent!
