Ordered a soft-grey Serenity Robe which upon delivery turned out to be made of polyester - plush alright, but definitely not cotton as the item description in the FAQ section says. Looking closely at the product images, I can also tell the pictured robes have different design details than the one I received. Also: the tag had been cut off and there was no sign of it in the packaging. First I suspected I had been shipped the wrong item, but after emailing several times with customer support I’m told I should have known the robes are not made of cotton. How, is my question, when the item description says cotton? Onuia refuses to admit any mistake and now my options are to keep a robe I don’t want or like against a partial refund (25%) or to pay return shipping from Canada to China. Altogether a miserable experience.
