I got the wrong towels, def not 800gms .. I sent you 20 emails to get them replaced and you keep telling me that the team is reviewing the case. I shared pix and videos as evidence and even bought the insurance which I cant seem to be able to use. I still cant get a replacement and the 30 days are almost over! This is false advertising. You also said that you’re shutting down and thats why the towels are heavily discounted but this doesnt seem to be the case either!
