Absolutely terrible experience with Onuia. I ordered two cotton bathrobes but instead received two made of 100% polyester, one even had its tag cut off. When I reported this, Onuia claimed the tag was removed “for comfort”I requested a prepaid return label since their website states that in cases of incorrect items, they cover return costs. Instead, they told me I must ship the items back to China at my own expense $45 plus customs fees.This is a blatant violation of their own policy. I’ve had to involve my legal assistant to resolve the issue. Horrendous company. Do not buy from them!
