I have bought a number of towels and a bathrobe and to my disappointment, the towels materials are not the quality I expected to be so I emailed the Company applying for a return and refund. However, they kept using the delaying tactics offering a refund of 10-15% and asked me to keep the towels. Until now, they didn’t let me know what’s the refund procedure.
