The company is currently refusing to give me a full refund for a poor quality product, and is making repeated ‘offers’ is a refund of 10% or 15%! This is outrageous and is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It is also stating that I would be responsible for a large return postage fee, which I completely dispute as the towels are poor quality - thin, not fluffy and luxurious - and one of the towels was not even properly finished. The thread is coming loose - it is faulty. Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had looked at these reviews and been warned beforehand
