Update: They will provide a refund after the Trustpilot review. DO NOT BUY FROM HEREIt's been exactly three months and I still have not received my refund. The quality is completely different to what is portrayed in the website. Please be aware that this is shipped from CHINA not Europe. When I found out I could not cancel the order despite being within 24hrs of my order. I saw on the website that they are registered in Amsterdam assuming that they are Dutch registered company, which therefore should abide to the Dutch Consumer law. I stated that consumers have a cooling-off period (14 days) to cancel, but to no avail. I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive. This is fraud!When I received the towels were thin and the bath mat did not even have the branding but some random Chinese characters on the tag. It felt like a scam. I had to return it back to China at my own cost. Now it is stuck in customs in China. Despite multiple emails asking for an update, they became unresponsive and do not care. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND??
