I purchased towels from this company and was very disappointed with the quality. They pilled and shed lint everywhere, making them unusable after the first wash.When I asked for a refund, the company kept dragging its feet—first offering me 10%, then 15%, 25%, and now 30% refunds, each time telling me to just keep the faulty towels. They refuse to cover return shipping, so it feels like they are pushing customers to accept a small partial refund rather than properly honoring refunds.The whole process has been frustrating and feels unfair. I would not recommend buying from them.UPDATE as of 23/09/2025: They have finally offered me a full refund after considerable effort on my part, so I am updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
