"I can only say positive things about Onuia. the towels are definitely not cheap compared to basic cotton options, but when compared to other premium brands, the price absolutely makes sense.Now about the product: I ordered both bath towels and hand towels.What could be improved: one of the towels was described as adjustable in thickness or weight, but I could not find any clear instructions or extra material in the box or on the site. A bit more clarity would be helpful here.What I loved: the towels feel incredible on the skin. they’re soft, well made, and stay neatly in place without bunching up. the quality is clear right out of the box.customer service was also excellent very kind and responsive when I needed to make a change to my order after accidentally selecting the wrong size.Final thoughts: I’m very happy with the entire experience. Even though the towels have not completely solved my issue with night sweating in the warmer months, I still consider them a great purchase
