I ordered a ski suit before my ski trip with express delivery, for which they promised a 2 day shipping. We made an agreement that I needed it soon via Instagram conversations. But they only did so more than after one week! As soon as I noticed the delay, I informed OOSC but they very arrogantly ignored me. And when it arrived, I was already in the mountains. So the post office returned the item back to OOSC. Then after 45+ days they sent me an email rudely asking me to respond to them within 1 day, and otherwise they will offer me a store credit. Incredibly crazy people.
