Ordered the LOLA 3 seat sofa and matching footstool on the 29/11/24, order no: OPA19507, and it was delivered pre-Xmas delivery. The first delivery the sofa was too wide for our space, so after a quick phone call to the aftersales care team another sofa was immediately ordered, made, delivered and assembled within 3 days - with the other sofa collected and packaged up by the delivery team.
