Open care is a good platform to get the good experience dentists but my experience with dentist was not good. I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in for urgent care because of a toothache. The dentist did a filling, but I am still having significant sensitivity and I’m unable to eat or drink on that side.
The total bill was $1,325 for cleaning, filling, and X-rays, and I had to pay $658 out of pocket. They did not check or explain my insurance coverage or limits beforehand, which was very frustrating.
I was also told that I might need a root canal, but after seeing how expensive the visit was and the lack of clarity about costs, I feel hesitant to return. I wish there had been better communication about treatment options, costs, and insurance before proceeding.
