Together with Odido /T-mobile Open Dutch Fiber was supposed to install fiber in my neighbour to go-live with connections in June 2023. It's now November 2023 and they have messed up every possible thing to date.1. when they were installing they installed too few cables for our cul de sac. I told them (while they were installing) they had missed 5 houses, they said it was fine. I phoned both t-mobile and Open Dutch Fiber to report this, they both said it was fine. Then when installation date came, they said they couldn't do it as they didnt have enough cables2. I have scheduled installation 4 times with Open Dutch Fiber, they have never come yet, and have never contacted me to cancel. They just don't arrive3. Odido takes no responsibility even though they are the people who organised the vendor for installation, they just make it my problem. almost everytime I phone Odido and ODF have different statuses and stories, there is never one message.4. Whenever you phone they act like nothing is wrong and explain why or how they have managed to miss 4 appointments in a rowI honestly have never encountered such terrible service and ineptitude. I think having a monopoly on Fiber in areas is the only way they can make money, but every person I have spoken to except one are completely useless and clueless. Since I have no other choices, I am struck with them but I highly sggest you never to business with them if you can help it. 1 star is generous.
