Last Friday I bought the Platinum course. My first class was a very bad experience, the teacher had no patience and refused to communicate in a way accessible for me as a deaf person.
I requested a refund within the legal 7‑day cancellation period, but the official WhatsApp ignored me for hours. When they finally replied, they said I could only cancel by phone, which I cannot use. I had to ask my mother to call, and even then they made the process extremely difficult.
Their own contract guarantees a full refund within 7 days, yet they told my mother I would still have to pay an extra fee, which makes no sense since it wasn’t charged during the purchase.
They treat customers very well when selling, but afterwards the lack of accessibility and support is overwhelming
