They are very difficult to deal with. We did a service one time for a company who insisted we had to create an account with OpenInvoice in order to submit the invoice. In order to create an account we had to jump through multiple hoops and they asked for American documentation we do not have (we are in Canada). There was no assisting us and no way for us to move forwards and it has been very frustrating. Would not sign up with them (apparently we aren't able to even if we want to).
