Really awful experience! I paid for a car on 13. November and ordered transport also, and still dont have the car! Basibally 2 months has passed and there is No tangible progress. Whenever I contact the customer service , they dont give me proper responses. The car delivery is constantly postponed. To my request to return me the transportation Payment so I will Arrange transportation myself, they did not agree.All in all, I would not be surprised anymore if I will not receive my car at all and this is just a scam. From now on , I will let my lawyer to deal with this.
