6/28/20 UPDATE...Although the process was a little difficult. The story does have a happy ending. They sent the return label, I ship the product back and they gave me a full credit. Switched from 2 stars to 4 Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews. I have been trying to return an item because the color was not as shown. I have tried to email several times, no response. Also please know there is no phone number anywhere to reach them. Very disappointed and frustrated. I have switched from one to two stars. After posting this review. I did receive an email about return. Let’s see when they come back with return authorization.Update. I did receive return authorization. Sent return. I will keep you posted and update my stars on the review when I receive my refund
