For Christmas I had ordered three Heart cross pendants from Open Sky. My daughter passed away in August 2019 and I ordered one for me and each of my sisters to honor Abby. One broke two weeks after Christmas, the other tarnished (Does Sterling Silver tarnish?) I asked if I could send them back and was told by Open Sky that the refund time limit had passed. So I assume not even six weeks after Christmas, this merchandise is just supposed to disintegrate? This is not ok with me. I will never purchase another thing from Open Sky. Please beware.
