I ordered and paid for three matching pairs of earrings from Open Sky. The supplier (BeverlyHillsSilver.com) only sent ONE pair. I contacted opensky regarding my order being shorted. In fairness their customer service was responsive and said they would follow it up. They then came back to me saying that this company could not provide the other two pairs that had been ordered. Blue Sky was going to refund the difference. I had ordered three of the same because they were for three sisters, so one pair really did me no good. What was infuriating is that two days later I see the exact same pair of earrings still on the website for sale from the exact same supplier who had stated they could not provide the other two pair. Very aggrevating!
