Account issues from same day of purchase and unreliable customer service

Customer service has been extremely unreliable in my attempts to contact them. Originally, I thought I could hold my final judgment until my item was shipped or received, but I was hoping that would go smoothly. However, several hours after making my purchase, I was completely unable to access my account. As password reset emails have failed to send and I instead now receive a pop up advising to contact customer service, I have tried to reach out via their email and Facebook. I have received no personal response via email, and the responses via Facebook have been limited to once a day (even though my follow ups have been read the same day) and with no relevant solution. Furthermore, I found out that I was charged yesterday though that transaction was supposed to remain in a pending status until the item was shipped out. However, according to my conversation with the seller behind the listing, they have have yet to even receive confirmation of the order and so as it remains in a pending status, it has not been shipped out yet. I am extremely unimpressed with how this has been handled so far and remain concerned about the status of my account and order, and really hope someone in the company can actually help.Edit on 5/27/20: My password/account issue has not been resolved. I’d appreciate if OpenSky can follow up on that appropriately rather than assuming it hopefully had been solved. Thank you.Edit 2 on 5/27/20: A little over an hour after my previous edit, I received an update from FB support that the warehouse is preparing to ship out my item. I appreciated the feedback and a minute after sending my own response, I finally received a lone email with a password reset link that allowed me to regain access to my account. I don’t know what prompted the link, whether it was something in the system or a support person working behind the scenes, but I am grateful that I now can check my account. Hopefully this will be the last of the issues since I am really looking forward to my item, but I will modify my rating a third time once the item is received based on the status of everything then. Thank you for this assistance regardless!EDIT 3 on 6/21/20: I received my ordered item about two weeks ago and have used it almost every day since. There had been some minor damage/missing parts during shipping, but an OpenSky representative was able to contact the supplier promptly upon request to have the supplier send out additional parts. I’m extremely grateful for the assistance throughout this correspondence and appreciate OpenSky customer service reps following up as much as they have.
